The SDSU Hobo Day Committee RSO is specifically authorized to use “SDSUTM” and “Hobo Day®” in its marks and name as previously authorized by SDSU and is grandfathered into the RSO logo and naming guidelines. The Hobo Day Committee must follow applicable communications standards and policies when speaking on behalf of SDSU or independently obtain prior written approval from the university president, via the process managed by University Marketing and Communications, when co-branding with SDSU logos and wordmarks. The Hobo Day Committee is authorized to use the SDSU’s trademarked Weary Wil and Dirty Lil logos for use in its advertising, social media, apparel and merchandise, subject to all SDBOR and SDSU policies.
