Sports Performance Training
Our Sports Performance Training Program provides athletes with the skills and abilities to succeed at their respective sports. As the athletic demands of sport continue to increase, the preparation of the athlete must rise to meet it. Every athlete in the Sports Performance Training program will receive an individual program created by a qualified strength and conditioning professional that is specific to their goals and abilities. In addition to their physical training, athletes will receive personalized nutrition education to help them fuel their bodies and other educational resources to allow the athlete to excel in their sport.

Pre and Post Performance Evaluations will be included with all packages.
*Six session packages will receive one sports nutrition counseling session with a registered dietitian in addition to their training sessions.

***24 session packages will receive three sports nutrition counseling sessions with a registered dietitian in addition to their training sessions.

Participants will learn bouldering and climbing basics, wall terminology and climbing commands, play exciting climbing games, and much more! For ages 6-11! Classes will take place from 2-3 p.m., every day.
Session I: May 28-30
