Graduate Assistantship Opportunities

Graduate students on research or teaching assistantship appointments receive tuition waiver and monthly stipend. The stipend amount depends on the appointment workload.

Graduate teaching assistantships (GTA) are limited and are highly competitive. Students seeking GTA positions must file an application at the department office.

Graduate research assistantships are funded mainly through sponsored research and are decided by the faculty in charge of the research funds. Students interested in GRA positions must contact faculty in their area of interest.
