No parking is allowed in any commuter lot between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Parking is on a “first come, first served” basis with the required permit (except for spaces marked by signage or other limiters). Possession of a parking permit does not guarantee a space will be available in a certain lot. Lack of available parking is not a valid reason for parking illegally.
