Log in to Drupal via the Tools & Quick Links > My Account (Drupal).
Go to the page you'd like to clone. In the upper right list of options where you would click to "Edit" a page, choose "Clone" instead.
A new page will open in the edit view.
Title: The default name of the new page will be "Clone of [Previous Page Title]". Be sure to change the name of your new page.
Edit the rest of the page, including body text and paragraphs, as desired. Since this is a new page, you may add or delete content as desired.
It is easy to rearrange paragraphs by clicking the four point arrows on the left and dragging and dropping the paragraphs in the correct order.
Saving the page: From dropdown next to "Change to:" choose "Ready to Review."
Other Notes:
Menus: The new cloned page will need to be placed in the menu. Contact web support with the new link and details as to where you wish it to appear in the sidebar menu.
Diligently check all fields (including department or landing page, paragraphs, breakout boxes, page blocks) to ensure the new page is correct.
Landing pages can not be cloned by editors. Contact web support if you need a new landing page.
