Biography
Dr. Nelson has an Ed.D. in adult and higher education, an M.S. in educational administration and a B.S. in health, physical education recreation and dance, specializing physical education teacher education and a minor in health education, from SDSU. Dr. Nelson has taught physical education and heath (K-8th) where she developed and taught a developmentally appropriate physical education and health curriculum. Recently, Dr. Nelson has developed and implemented a hybrid high school personal fitness and lifetime activities course. Dr. Tracy Nelson coordinates the physical education teacher education program and instructing teacher candidates at South Dakota State University. Go Jacks.Education
