Biography

Chris Robbins M.P.A., Ph.D., completed his M.P.A. at the University of Michigan-Flint, and his Ph.D. at Indiana University, Bloomington where he specialized in health behavior and gerontology. He is a researcher with a background in health outcomes, acute and chronic injury in older adults, health behavior and injury prevention. He has experience working with the Department of Defense on long term health outcomes for veterans as well as with the FDA. In addition he has worked on both Foundation and Industry sponsored research projects. His current research focuses on reducing opioid use in acute care and unintentional injury and interpersonal violence during the COVID-19 pandemic.
