The Ombuds office in collaboration with the Access, Opportunity and Belonging Committee would like to invite you to a panel discussion focusing on how to encourage groups and individuals to take ownership of workplace culture. This discussion will be an opportunity to hear from leaders across campus about strategies that have helped improve the climate of day-to-day work environments.
